Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality visual content, including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and effective design solutions.
• Ensure that all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance the visual representation of the company.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Provide input on design best practices and contribute to the development of brand strategies.
• Engage with clients to offer solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engage in production as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphics, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client care effectively.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to adapt and stay updated with new design trends.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.

Work on the Site Work place is Nasser Road Digital Complex, Kampala
Monday to Saturday
Mon-Fri
8:30 am to 8:30 pm
Sat.
Saturday 9 am - 7 pm
Probation payment gross is 600,000/=
