Job Description

Oversee and manage the construction of concrete structures and drainage systems on construction sites.
ii. Ensuring the accurate installation of concrete elements, proper drainage, adherence to safety standards, and successful project outcomes within budget and schedule.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Concrete Work: Coordinate and supervise the pouring, forming, and finishing of concrete structures.
2. Drainage Systems: Oversee the installation and maintenance of drainage systems, including pipes, culverts, and gutters.
3. Crew Management: Lead and manage the concrete and drainage construction crew, including laborers and equipment operators.
4. Resource Allocation: Assign tasks and allocate resources to ensure efficient work progress.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
6. Quality Control: Ensure that concrete work and drainage installations meet quality and design standards.
7. Material Management: Coordinate the delivery and distribution of concrete and drainage materials.
8. Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
9. Problem Solving: Address challenges that arise during concrete and drainage work and find practical solutions.
10. Progress Reporting: Provide accurate progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
11. Documentation: Maintain records of work completed, equipment usage, and daily activities.

12. Collaboration: Coordinate with construction teams to communicate test results and provide recommendations.
13. Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
