Role Summary
In this role, you will support the Director of Retail Strategies in the planning, and execution of high impact events, meetings, and conferences that enable teams to connect, align, and deliver against brand and business priorities. This role integrates and operationalizes all event-related activities—partnering closely with the broader Global Events team, the broader Store Operations Team, Field Leadership, and cross functional teams—to ensure seamless execution, strong engagement, and clear communication before, during, and after each event.
Role Description
•Work closely with Store Operations, Field Leadership, and functional business partners to and deliver event strategies that support store and brand goals.
•Support end to end planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and offsites, including agenda development, stakeholder alignment, logistics, timelines, budgets, run of show, and on site execution.
•Independently own and manage event based initiatives, leading cross functional teams to define success criteria, align milestones, manage risks, and ensure high quality delivery.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure events are delivered on time and within scope.
•Build compelling presentation materials, facilitator guides, and participant resources using strong storytelling, clear structure, and content aligned to brand standards.
•Adapt priorities and approaches to respond to changing business needs, timelines, and stakeholder feedback.
Key Competencies
•Demonstrated experience leading large scale meetings, conferences, or event programs, including cross functional coordination, stakeholder management, and executive support.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for varied audiences.
•Creative problem solver and storyteller with strong judgment and an eye for detail, quality, and participant experience.
•Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
•High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive) and presentation/design platforms such as PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools to produce polished, brand aligned content.
