Job Purpose: 

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Key responsibilities:

• Electrical services
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Responsible for alerting the Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that
• have taken place or that may occur.
• Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
• Maintains building environment and grounds by coordinating maintenance of building, heating, and ventilation and plumbing equipment; provides housekeeping, grounds keeping, and repair services.
• Charged with the overseeing the maintenance section for example to liaise with head tennis court attendant and report the maintenance problems and follow it up with the Manager.
• And any other duties assigned by the BOD

Required qualification:

Certificate/ Diploma or its equivalent in electrical engineering.

Experience

At least three years Experience in a busy organization.
