Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote and sell fertilisers and other agricultural inputs within the Ugandan market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector, including farmers, distributors, and government agencies. Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand market reach and increase sales volume. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Ugandan market. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis to the management team. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Stay updated with advancements in agricultural technology and practices to provide valuable insights to customers.Qualifications
A Master's degree in MBA Agri Business ,MSc Agriculture or its equivalent.Details of experience
