Commercial Manager - APAC Region
Working Location: Hong Kong SAR and Fuzhou China
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to drive business growth across our integrated retail, wholesale, e-commerce and OEM operations under our company. This role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and strengthening our position as a trusted partner in the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies across multiple business channels
• Manage & Drive growth in retail, wholesale and e-commerce
• Manage & Monitor KPI measurement including the performance for business, wholesales, retail and e-commerce
• Manage our regional wholesale partnerships across China and Asia
• Lead franchise development and wholesale client acquisition
• Optimize business performance across different market segments
• Ensure seamless integration of online and offline retail operations
• Oversee commercial relationships with Korean fashion brands
• Drive OEM business development with customer
• Collaborate with Merchandising team and E-commerce team in performance & development
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
  

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years commercial experience in fashion retail/wholesale, including 3 years in managerial level
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field
• Proven success in multi-channel business development
• Demonstrated proven success in managing business, retail, wholesale and e-commerce
• Expert knowledge of fast fashion in APAC markets and business landscape
• Experience in OEM business operations
• Demonstrated ability in collaborate with different stakeholder partnerships
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent analytical capabilities with emphasis on data-driven decision making
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is required
• Knowledge of other regional languages (Thai, Malay) is a plus
