Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee and expand our
beverage business operations across a designated region. The ideal candidate will play a key role
in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing operational efficiency
across their territory.
As RSM, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, mentoring and supporting
local teams, driving business strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strongstakeholder relationships—both internal and external.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve business objectives and revenue targets across the assigned region.
Oversee day-to-day regional operations including budget management and performance
tracking.
Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and sales staff; conduct regular
performance evaluations.
Develop and execute strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and advertising
campaigns.
Manage and grow relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners.
Continuously evaluate regional operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory, quality, and company standards.
Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and best pracƟces.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operaƟonal and financial
performance.
Address and resolve escalated customer complaints, incidents, or legal issues promptly.
Education:
o PGDM/MBA from a reputed institution preferred.
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
acceptable.
Experience:
o Minimum 6 years of management and leadership experience, preferably inbeverage (carbonated soft drink or alcoholic products industry).
