- If offered a position student must obtain a District Work Permit (if under 18 years of age) OR student will be required to have a fingerprint clearance by the Department of Justice (if 18 years of age or older). - If hired, a TB (Tuberculosis) negative clearance will be required.

Must be a current high school student in one of the Manteca Unified School District schools. Positions available: Under the direction of the assigned Mentor for each department, interns will assist with the following:
- MTSS for Career, College and Enrichment - ELOP (6 weeks) - Clerical Assistant - Assists with several clerical and warehouse duties such as filing, organizing, inventory, storage of incoming items to warehouse, shredding, and preparing for meetings. Related duties as assigned.
- MTSS for Career, College and Enrichment - CTE (4 weeks) - Clerical Assistant - Assists with several clerical duties such as data entry, filing, organizing, inventory, shredding, and preparing for meetings. Related duties as assigned.
- MTSS for Emerging Students - Multilingual Services (4 weeks) - Classroom Aide - Assists with supporting student needs in a classroom setting. Related duties as assigned.
- Payroll - Employee Benefits (6 weeks) - Clerical Assistant - Assists with several clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and preparing for meetings. Related duties as assigned.
- District Office: Instruction Materials Center (IMC) (4 weeks) - Clerical Assistant/ Warehouse - Assists with warehouse duties and some clerical duties such as filing, organizing, processing incoming orders for the warehouse, organizing of new curriculum, and daily clean up and box break downs. Related duties as assigned.
- District Office: Operations Department (6 weeks) - Custodian - cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and bathrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment. Related duties as assigned.
- George Komure School (6 weeks) - Custodian - cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and bathrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment. Related duties as assigned.
- Great Valley School (6 weeks) - Custodian - cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and bathrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment. Related duties as assigned.
- Lathrop School (6 weeks) - Custodian - cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and bathrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment. Related duties as assigned.
- Lincoln School (6 weeks) - Custodian - cleaning classrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, offices and bathrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment. Related duties as assigned.
- Information Technology Department (6 weeks) - Technology Support - Work alongside technology staff to update, image and configure student devices. Related duties as assigned.
- Nutrition Education (6 weeks) - Summer Meals - Assisting and serving summer BBQs in the park and working outdoors in leading kids' activities such as relay races, face painting and more. Related duties as assigned.
