PLC Investments Limited was established in December 2006 to provide financial solutions to individual entrepreneurs. We continue to leverage on the strong relationships built with our customers to understand their needs and develop products that suit them.
Since its launch PLC Investments Limited has grown to service over 1,000 customers through a wide network within Kampala and its neighboring cities and an end-to-end automated service delivery model.
PLC Investments Ltd is owned by 14 shareholders with common interest vested in growth through social capital, an initiative that started way back during their school days at the University. All shareholders are professionals with qualifications in Commerce/Accounting and Auditing, Marketing, Finance and Finance Administration, Agriculture.
PLC Investments Ltd has a closed membership of original members, The Board of Directors, consisting of 5, appointed from among the shareholders by the AGM, which is responsible for overseeing implementation of policy and governance as decided by the AGM.
