Travel receptionist

We are looking for a friendly Tour Receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team. As a Tour Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for tourists, ensuring that their experience in our attractions or tour services is pleasant and memorable.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome and receive tourists, answer their questions and provide required information.

Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and orderly.

Provide tourists with itinerary suggestions, attractions and information about local culture.

Handle reservations, payments and related administrative matters.

Coordinate with tour guides, drivers and other service providers to ensure that tourists receive quality services.

Resolve problems or complaints encountered by tourists and ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

High school degree or above, tourism management or related majors are preferred.

Good English communication skills, local language skills are preferred.

Experience in tourism, hotel management or customer service is preferred.

Familiarity with Uganda's major tourist attractions and culture.
