We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead the development of our salesforce and ensure excellence in our product delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in training, coaching, or sales management.
Deep understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge and skills in managing the training needs of Generation Z employees.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Open to travelling within the branches in the country.
1. Develop and Implement Training Programs:
Design and execute comprehensive training programs for Sales Agents, Team Leaders, Regional Managers, and Call Center Agents.
Focus on product offerings, institutional processes, organizational culture, and advanced marketing techniques.
Develop specialized training modules that address the unique learning
preferences, digital fluency, and engagement strategies for Generation Z employees.
2. Drive Sales Excellence:
Equip the salesforce with skills to effectively market the Civil Servants and log book financing Products.
Provide regular coaching sessions and workshops tailored to address key performance gaps.
3. Foster Career Growth, Staff Retention, and Wellness:
Promote a culture of continuous professional development by identifying growth opportunities for employees.
Develop clear career path opportunities to enhance employee motivation and longevity.
