Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to join our organization. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our employees. This role requires a strong background in training and development, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs:
- Design and deliver effective training programs based on organizational needs and goals.
- Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with various stakeholders.
- Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support learning objectives.
Conduct training sessions:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Ensure training sessions are aligned with adult learning principles and best practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Continuously review and improve training materials and delivery methods based on participant feedback.
- Measure the impact of training on employee performance and overall organizational goals.
Coordinate training logistics:
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with departmental objectives.
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in training and development practices.
- Research and recommend innovative tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years experience in training sales teams
- Experience in the Insurance Industry is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
