SUBCONTRACTORS (HOUSE CONSTRACTION)

LOCATION: BOMBO

PAYMENTS: ON CONTRACT PROGRESS

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized trade work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) according to project plans and specifications.
• Work safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with other subcontractors, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Follow all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience in house construction or similar projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of trade-specific tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in a construction environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on similar projects or with similar companies
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
