Job Description/Requirements

  1. Job Description:
    1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
    2. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the project.
    3. Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
    4. Evaluate customer needs & build long-lasting client relationships
    5. Meet personal and team sales targets & generate daily as well as monthly sales reports
    6. Provide feedback to senior management with the help of statistics
    7. Expand and maintain client & student databases within the particular territory
    8. Hire freelancers to onboard students
    9. Build events and collaborations with other stakeholders to recruit students
    10. Collecting and maintaining student's information in the drive & database.
    11. Plan workshops to onboard students
    12. Telephone marketing
    13. Confident in building sales presentations and proposals for students & clients. 
    14. Achieve monthly sales goals as assigned.
    15. Gain an understanding of the client's specific needs and make recommendations based on those needs.
    16. Handle customer service-related issues/questions as required.
    17. Other duties as assigned or required.


    Desired Candidate Profile/ Required Experience & Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field
    2. Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative or a similar role, minimum 3 years of previous experience. 
    3. In-depth knowledge of  a CRM software 
    4. Exceptional customer service skills & Track record of achieving allowed sales quota
    5. Strong Communication skills.
    6. Strong follow-ups and tracking skills 
    7. Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented person, Attention to detail.
    8. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
