Requirements
- Education: A degree or diploma in Social Work, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience: At least [1-2 years of experience in program implementation,
- community engagement, or social work, preferably in WASH, health, or economic empowerment initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools. Knowledge of community-based programming and participatory approaches is a plus.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to different stakeholders, including community members and project partners.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding of local community dynamics and the ability to work with diverse groups of people, including vulnerable populations

1. Program Implementation:
• Community Engagement: Implement and oversee community-based programs related to WASH, health, and economic empowerment, targeting vulnerable groups such as children, youth, women, and marginalized populations.
- School Programs: Engage with schools through school clubs and educational activities that promote WASH, health, and social empowerment. Coordinate with teachers and school administration to ensure the integration of these programs.
Youth Empowerment: Design and implement programs that empower youth and young people, including skills development, income-generating activities, and advocacy on social issues.
Health and Hygiene Promotion: Facilitate community education on health and hygiene practices, ensuring the participation of local communities in activities that promote well-being.
2. Project Support and Design:
Project Design and Development: Assist in designing programs that address identified community needs, ensuring that they are both feasible and sustainable.
Provide input during the project proposal phase and contribute to the overall program strategy.
Work Plans and Budgeting: Support in the creation of detailed work plans and budgets for each project. Ensure proper allocation of resources and assist with the planning of project timelines.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of program activities, ensuring that objectives are met and outcomes are tracked. Prepare reports on program progress and impact.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
- Periodic Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on program implementation, including updates on progress, challenges, and impact. Report on activities to stakeholders, including donors and partners.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure that all project-related documentation is properly maintained and accessible, including activity logs, beneficiary records, and financial reports.
4. Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
Community Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, fostering strong relationships with local leaders, community members, and other stakeholders.
Partnership Development: Work with local partners, government officials, and NGOs to ensure program success and identify opportunities for collaboration and support.
