Service Advisor/ Costing Clerk

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and support the business with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all reception activities
  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  • Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Invoice all job orders and issue vehicle clearance cards
  • Receive customers and record all their service needs on the job card
  • Coordinate and oversee all job orders
  • Ability to use management and invoicing software
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
  • Handle phone calls and all related correspondence¬†
  • Make post service follow up calls to customers
  • Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
  • Keep databases in check and update them regularly
  • Control the office and workshop supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office /workshop needs
  • Prepare daily reports on throughput and sales.¬†

Qualifications and requirements

  • Diploma/degree in business management, accounting and finance, business administration, automotive /mechanical engineering
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Customer-centric
  • Result-driven
  • Focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
