Role Description

Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Communication skills
- Experience in managing travel arrangements
- IATA Certificate and qualifications with a minimum of 10 years experience in an IATA Acredited Agency
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of IATA regulations and procedures is beneficial
