Job Description/Requirements

Due to a significant increase in sales activities, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative who will help us systematize the work of Business Development from lead generation to closing the deal. The successful candidate must be independent, a system thinker, and have excellent communication skills with an advanced level of spoken and written English.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement of the sales strategy of the business domains in which the company operates
  • Manage the lead-generation team in focused business domain
  • Plan the next steps for leads in the company's CRM system
  • Mentor other team members
  • Actively participate in the creation of sales materials

Requirements:

  • From 3 years in IT Service company as Sales Representative or Business Development manager
  • Successful lead generation track record
  • Experience systematic working with CRM systems
  • Advanced English level
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing-specific (Staff Augmentation, Managed delivery, Fixed Price, SLA-base model)
  • Experience with automating sales tools like Snov.io, Crunchbase, and other data-scrapping tools
  • Experience creating business presentations
