Job Description/Requirements
Due to a significant increase in sales activities, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative who will help us systematize the work of Business Development from lead generation to closing the deal. The successful candidate must be independent, a system thinker, and have excellent communication skills with an advanced level of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of the sales strategy of the business domains in which the company operates
- Manage the lead-generation team in focused business domain
- Plan the next steps for leads in the company's CRM system
- Mentor other team members
- Actively participate in the creation of sales materials
Requirements:
- From 3 years in IT Service company as Sales Representative or Business Development manager
- Successful lead generation track record
- Experience systematic working with CRM systems
- Advanced English level
- Understanding of IT outsourcing-specific (Staff Augmentation, Managed delivery, Fixed Price, SLA-base model)
- Experience with automating sales tools like Snov.io, Crunchbase, and other data-scrapping tools
- Experience creating business presentations
