Job Purpose 

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to increase the business revenue and managing all client accounts in line with the company Standards. 


Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Identify potential clients and prospects and convert them into business opportunities. 
  • Formulate and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue in line with the business needs.  
  • Conduct market research and analysis of competition to identify gaps for product improvement, new products,  market trends, and key selling points to align sales to market needs. 
  • Support clients to resolve potential and cultivate a positive business relationship with the already existing and potential business accounts.  
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales and market trends in line with the company Jubali Bro's procedure and timelines. 
  • Perform standby duties as and when required. 


Personal Specification 

  • 3-5 years of Sales, dealing in Solar or power generators 
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and any related qualification from a recognized academic institution. 
  • Experience in selling high-end products in a cooperative work environment is required. 
  • Experience in sales of Solar and Generator systems is an added advantage. 
  • Very good written and oral communication skills 
  • Well-organized and responsive in all communications including clear, concise e-mails; adept at writing technical  reports and policies 
  • Good team player; able to balance team and individual responsibilities 
  • Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing 
  • Able to manage stress and high-pressure situation 
  • Able to handle multiple projects, prioritize work and work effectively under limited supervision Strong negotiation skills.
