Job Description Job Overview:This role will be providing Quantity survey support to the Project Controls team and will report to the Lead Progress Specialist at the worksite. This role will review construction plan and prepare quantity estimates and also verify executed quantities. Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Liaising with team production, production engineer, QC for update for update dashboard report. Supply all relevant information to PMT for review at the specified interval set. Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations scope. Verification and certification of installed quantities by Subcontractors Work closely with the Progress and Planning teams to ensure alignment in quantity tracking and forecasts Documenting if any change in design and updating the manhour require for the activity. High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct. Ensure that the National Content Plan is followed by all parties (McDermott and Subcontractors). Managing the training and advancement of local employees and ensuring that knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures are included. Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education: Bachelor’s degree Majoring in Engineering. Minimum 4 years working as quantity surveyor Good understanding on review design/shop drawing for fabrication. Have good practical organization skill, planning of resource and program scheduling. Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reports, on current activities. Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
