Job Description/Requirements
· Keep a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchasing requests when supplies get low.
· Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the company looking clean and professional
· Regular checking of roofs and gutters for pooling, debris, plant growth etc.
· Regularly checking and cleaning of soffits, bargeboards and external lights
· Ensure that all refuse is disposed of promptly and stored away from the main building. Monitor proper use of external bins and recycling.
· Ensuring that external rubbish is stored appropriately.
· Disinfect drains and dustbins regularly Health and Safety compliance.
· Responsible for regular health and safety checks of buildings, grounds, fixtures and fittings, (including compliance with fire safety regulations) and equipment.
