ABC Sales Consulting, on behalf of our client BioHaz Waste Management Solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to drive business growth and establish a strong market presence across Uganda’s private sector.
BioHaz specializes in the safe and compliant disposal of hazardous medical and biological waste. With increasing demand from healthcare providers, laboratories, and industrial clients, this role presents a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven organization at a critical stage of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B opportunities across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, factories, and medical institutions.
- Coordinate closely with operations and client service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reporting, forecasting, and performance insights to management.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and a clear understanding of the company’s mission.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in waste management, healthcare solutions, logistics, or industrial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and close high-value deals.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Uganda’s private healthcare and industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Experience with tendering and institutional procurement processes is desirable.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
