DESCRIPTION;

Backbone feeds is hiring sales staffs that will be responsible for driving the sales and promoting the company's range of animal feeds to reach the final clients or customers

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendation and drive sales of the company products
• Explain the products mixtures and ingredients, the product benefits and importance to the customers ensuring that they do understand the value proposition of the product.
• Stay up to-date on the latest market trends, demand and supply chain and the new products inn the market. 
• Handle customer inquiries ,complains, and returns in a professional manner, resolving issues effectively and efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions ensuring accurate order entry, payments and invoicing
• Build and maintain long term relationship with customers to encourage repeated business and brand loyalty.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage customer referrals

Requirements and Qualification

• Experience in sales and marketing especially in animal feeds or products.
• Bare minimum of a certificate in business related fields
