Sales Representatives. 

Founded in 2019, Starfly Steel (Uganda) Co., Ltd. based in Mukono is a large-scale steel manufacturing and trade enterprise. Mukono-based Starfly Steel (Uganda) Company has built up a win-win platform between premium quality mills and clients as evidenced by convenient transportation, an intellectual marketing network, powerful warehousing, processing, and distribution system, and abundant supply chain management experience. It provides all sorts of international standard steel processing and distribution services as demanded by clients. The company has a wide array of industrial products on offer, including hot rolled coil, hot rolled steel plate, H-beam, channel steel, angle steel, welding rod， hollow sections, and soon. 

Job Requirement. 

•  A bachelor's degree at a reputable University or a Business related course. 
• The minimum level of experience required is 0-1 year of experience in sales and an age limit of 23-40 years of age. 
• Experience in serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. 
• Ability to identify new clients as well as planning and organizing daily work schedule 
• Analytical assessment of sales trends and ability to make reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual reports. 
• Ability to forecast the market trends and predict the sales dynamics of the market thereby recommending changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments. 
• Good communication skills and can ably communicate in other local languages and Kiswahili (optional) is an added advantage.
