Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Flavaco Bakery Ltd, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for promoting and selling our delicious range of bakery products to customers, including retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses. Your key duties will include:
Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Regularly visit existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to introduce new products.
- Identify and target new customers to expand the company’s market reach.
- Actively promote our products, highlighting their quality and freshness.
Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance to help refine offerings.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Monitor and report on customer payment behavior, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Product Knowledge:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our bakery products.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the food, FMCG, or bakery industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- A results-driven approach with a strong motivation to meet and exceed targets.
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
