Best Ceramics Uganda Limited was established in Uganda in 2016, headquartered in Kampala plot 130-138 and 140-148,7th street industrial area and affiliated to Sunda International group of the company founded in 2000 in Guangzhou China. The company deals in various products under Building Materials (BMMC), Fast Moving Consumable Goods (FMCG), and Household/Hardware Material (HHMC).

 

We are in need of a Sales Officer with related experience in Hardware materials to work under a Household/Hardware Material (HHMC) department dealing.

 

Position Purpose

According to personal goals and sales plans, responsible for achieving sales goals for customers, assisting customers in daily operation management and channel sales, helping customers improve sales and satisfaction of downstream customers, helping customers improve product display and performance in the market, monitoring market changes and Market research to achieve the set sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Achievement of sales target

  • According to the demand and principle of the company, through good management of distributor and assisting sale, to achieve different sales targets and other mission targets.


Assist customer’s daily operation

  • Helping customers to train their team, improve the company structure, enhance the salesman and van sales.
  • Monitor the stock, sale, and distribution of distributor, through quantitative analysis methods and data-oriented management; bring up the related professional analysis results and management suggestions.


Improve customer’s channel sales

  • Assist customers in developing channel promotion and team incentive programs to increase channel sales.
  • Help customers visit their key customers in the region, find out all problems and expectations, help solve them to increase sales and satisfaction.


Improve display and market performance

  • Improve the display position of our products in the market store, occupy the position closest to the main aisle.
  • Increase the display area of our products in the store and occupy the largest display area.
  • Check the sales price of our products in the store and assist in promotion activities.

 

Market monitoring and research

  • Pay close attention to the situation of market trends and competitive products, and feedback and submit promptly the business research report.

  • Other work tasks arranged by the leader

 Education, Professional & Work Experience

 

The candidate must at least have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/sale Management or above.

Related job experience (1-year experience and above)

  • Proficient (Communication and coordination ability)
