Job Description/Requirements
Key responsibilities
- Sales planning and organization
- Prepare personal sales plans and update progress against targets set
- Plan activities and in coordination with the team
- Client acquisition and sales execution
- Identify and engage potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sale targets
- Conduct product presentations, distribute samples and explain key benefits and usage instructions to prospects
- Client relationship management
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Support client onboarding and ensure proper usage and satisfaction post-purchase
- Reporting and feedback
- Record and submit all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
- Collect feedback from clients on product effectiveness, pricing and challenges in application
- Share competitor intelligence and market trends
- Brand representation
- Represent Sio Valley Technologies professionally in the field at community events, farmer demos and any other official meetings
- Distribute promotional materials and raise awareness about ongoing campaigns or offers
