Job Summary

Researches and develops various marketing strategies for products and services. Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

 

Job Requirement.

●     A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science in Marketing, and a bachelor's in Commerce is of an added advantage.

●     The minimum level of experience required is 3 years of experience in sales and marketing

●     Experience in construction, real estate and hardware materials is preferred.

●     Experience in serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

●     Ability to identify new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

●     Analytical assessment of sales trends and ability to make reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual reports.

●     Ability to forecast the market trends and predict the sales dynamics of the market thereby recommending changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

●     Good communication skills and the ability to negotiate with clients and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.

●     Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.


Duties and responsibilities

• Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

• knowledge of hardware products is a priority

• knowledge of hardware operations is a required advantage

• Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered

• Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels

• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.

• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits

• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

• Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals

Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public policy communications.
