Job Description/Requirements
Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and logistics team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and plan strategies.

Vehicle Importation:
- Oversee the vehicle importation process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and efficient handling of documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and customs to ensure timely and cost-effective importation.
Sales Strategies:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly records of all sales transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with company policies and regulations.
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to inform business decisions.
Systems Development:
- Create and implement systems and processes to improve workflow and efficiency in sales and logistics operations.
- Develop tools and resources to support the sales team in their daily activities.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize systems to enhance performance and productivity.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team and monitor progress regularly.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them achieve their targets.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle sales and logistics management.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vehicles and the importation process.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity: Ability to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.
Organization: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
