Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a premium range of heavy trucks and construction machinery to clients across multiple sectors.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients, ensuring continuous business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and follow up on qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and service excellence.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits as required.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts to closure.
- Collaborate with service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, confident, and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
