Pic-Ed is an Education Technology company working on Youth Skilling by providing e-learning content for students in Secondary School & Higher Education.

Job Description: 

  • Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives. 
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients for the project. 
  • Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) 
  • Evaluate customer's needs & build long-lasting client relationships 
  • Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies and evaluate their effectiveness 
  • Meet personal and team sales targets & generate daily as well as monthly sales reports 
  • Provide feedback to senior management with the help of statistics 
  • Expand and maintain client database within the particular territory 
  • Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of the progress of the sales. 
  • Collecting and maintaining client information in the drive & database. 
  • Developing and implementing project strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing course data to inform or suggest implementation strategies as per filed sales response. 
  • Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner 
  • Confident in building sales presentations and proposals for clients 


Desired Candidate Profile/ Required Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or relevant field 
  • Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role, minimum 3 years of previous experience. 
  • Candidates having a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered 
  • Exceptional customer service skills & Track record of achieving allowed sales quota 
  • Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management 
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented person, Attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong multi-tasking skills; 
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
