Job Summary







We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to expand our user base, build relationships with potential vendors, and promote our brand in various channels. This role involves both remote outreach and in-person engagement at trade events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Outreach & Relationship Management: Identify and connect with potential vendors through phone calls, emails, messaging apps, and field visits. Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing sellers.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Manage a sales pipeline and drive revenue through consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Pakasa at trade associations, conferences, and similar events. Increase brand visibility and communicate the platform’s value proposition effectively.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities. Provide insights to refine our marketing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless user experiences and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on progress and challenges.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a proven ability to present proposals and close deals.
  • Sales Acumen: Previous experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Digital Marketing Awareness: Familiarity with online marketing channels, CRMs, and basic analytics tools.
  • Field Outreach & Networking: Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders in person, attending events, and representing the company professionally.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Professionalism & Integrity: Demonstrated responsibility, ethical standards, and a customer-focused approach.
