Job Description/Requirements
On behalf of our client we are seeking for a Sale and Marketing officer.
Reporting to Adv & Publicity Exec./ Marketing Manager.
The objective of this role ;
Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience
and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad
revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various
company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
AUTHORITY AND INDEPENDENCE
The Marketing Executive has full authority as delegated by the Marketing Manager as per the
requirements, duties and responsibility of the job
WORK CONDITIONS
The work involves constant movements to different locations out of office.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Information Technology or any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in managing social media channels, maintaining and designing
website.
• Knowledge of any other international languages like French will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of use of social networking analysis tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, ASP and Word press

3. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or
seasonal company goals.
4. Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by
overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
5. Audits and analyses social media presence including digital advertising costs and returns.
6. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy
and areas for social media campaign improvement
7. Train the staff on social media usage and benefits.
8. Train Merchandisers found at the different supermarkets handling the products.
9. Liaising with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product
releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
10. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key
players and coordinate actions.
11. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
12. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination,
benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
13. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds
meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
14. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social
content
15. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
16. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
17. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and
best practices, and then acting on the information.
18. Manage the different marketing events that the company is hosting or has decided to participate in.
19. In charge of placing radio, television and newspaper adverts
20. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
