As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting insurance products, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present and explain ICEA LION Assurance insurance products to clients based on their needs and financial goals.
- Secure activation and camps in various organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding policy options, coverage details, and benefits.
- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary documentation.
- Follow up with clients to ensure policy renewals and handle any service inquiries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and market conditions.
- Represent ICEA LION Assurance professionally at all times in client interactions and events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, insurance, or a customer service role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
