Job Summary
The Relationship Manager – Vehicle Financing will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring growth of vehicle financing products. This role includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents to achieve monthly targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit a minimum of 20 new sales agents every month and maintain at least 10 active agents consistently.
- Drive vehicle financing sales and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with dealers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Train and mentor the sales agent team on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Conduct regular field visits to support agents and meet with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and professional service.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agent recruitment, and sales activities.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services, preferably in vehicle financing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
