Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Vehicle Financing will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer and dealer relationships, and ensuring growth of vehicle financing products. This role includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales agents to achieve monthly targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

  • Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit a minimum of 20 new sales agents every month and maintain at least 10 active agents consistently.
  • Drive vehicle financing sales and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with dealers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor the sales agent team on products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Conduct regular field visits to support agents and meet with clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and professional service.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into successful deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agent recruitment, and sales activities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services, preferably in vehicle financing.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
