The role:
The purpose of the role is to work directly with our Globe 24-7 Recruiters and our mining industry client, to provide them with the best administrative support in terms of interview scheduling, onboarding, background checks, reporting as well as supporting other admin tasks as requested.
As a Specialist in the team, you will also act as one of the main points of contact for all queries relating to the service provided and become a Subject Matter Expert in the project scope.
You will be working as a part of a close-knit team supporting our client in Africa and South America (remotely) but also cooperate with wider group of international colleagues based in Europe, Africa and South America.
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in administration and exposure to HR or recruitment.
Job Location – Remote (Africa, South America or European timezones)
Key Accountabilities:
- Managing interview scheduling process
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is tracked within various systems
- Initiating background checks in the systems
- Day to day contact with internal & external candidates - by phone and email
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, making sure they are constantly up to date with the process
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports when required
- Full management of the onboarding process, working in conjunction with the client
- Talent pooling for repeat hire positions
Skills & Experience:
- Fluency in English and Spanish – both verbal and written is a must. French is desirable only.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy are a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with high-level stakeholders
- Previous experience in HR, administration, scheduling or customer service would be an asset.
- Understanding of recruitment searches and techniques
- Ability to effectively work individually as well as in a team
