About This Job:

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client , we are looking for a competent , skilled, and experienced Business Development Executive to work in Uganda.


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Belli Advisory. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop strategies to achieve our business goals.


Identify and target potential clients through market research and lead generation activities. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and pain points, and proposing tailored solutions from our service portfolio. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition to clients. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing insights that can drive business growth. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in the market. Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Continuously gather and provide feedback from clients to internal teams for improving our services and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelorâs Degree in business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the business consulting and solutions industry. Strong understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
