Promoter/ Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

The promoter will play a vital role in enhancing brand visibility and increasing product awareness by directly engaging with customers during campaigns, activations, and events. They will be responsible for delivering a positive brand experience, driving product adoption, and collecting valuable customer feedback to support the clients’ marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand during activations, in-store promotions, or outdoor campaigns.
• Engage directly with customers to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Distribute samples, promotional materials, or flyers to target audiences.
• Collect customer feedback and report it to the agency for analysis.
• Ensure product displays and promotional setups align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the activation team to achieve campaign objectives and meet sales or engagement targets.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to create a positive brand image.
• Provide daily or weekly activity reports, including customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience as a promoter, brand ambassador, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on campaign schedules.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for representing brands.
• Strong organizational skills to manage promotional materials and handle customer queries effectively.
