Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Project Planning & Execution – Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Team Coordination – Lead engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Risk & Quality Management – Identify potential risks, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards.
• Budget Oversight – Monitor costs and prevent overruns.

• Procurement & Logistics Management – Ensure timely material sourcing and delivery.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• A Master’s degree in Project Management or Engineering is an added advantage.
• 15+ years of experience in construction project coordination, scheduling, and procurement.
• Strong background in document management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with construction software (Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with knowledge of information technology.
Technical Skills:
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage contracts, and oversee procurement processes
• Expertise in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in construction management software like Primavera P6, Procore, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
• Contract Management – Expertise in handling bid documents, change orders, and legal agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance – Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and local building regulations.
• Procurement Strategies – Strong ability to negotiate with vendors and optimize material sourcing.
• Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identifying potential delays and developing contingency plans.
• Data Analysis & Forecasting – Using metrics to predict project success and optimize workflow.

Reporting Structure:
The Senior Office engineer will report directly to the operation manager and collaborate closely with general staff/ employees and other members of the company’s team.
