In order to achieve this, we are investing in top talent from around the world to achieve this vision. We are looking for an experienced Producer to work across the launches of Immutable Games.We want to build a growth-multiplying superpower for Immutable by coupling best-in-class performance marketing practices with the fast-learning benefits of iteration and agile/lean ways of working.The need for someone to manage the increasingly complex nature of our games has developed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create clear agile processes and manage key priorities across our creative and content teams. You will work with external vendors and manage internal communications across the business to set the team up for success. Given this is a newly created opportunity, you will have high levels of autonomy and will be empowered to build this role from the ground up.You will have the opportunity to:Manage the marketing team agile work-stream including milestones, overall team timeline, scheduling of team meetings, marketing deliverables and reviewsCollaborate with the production team to develop a roadmap and coordinate creative and content deliveries with key milestones across all disciplinesManage multiple production contractors/vendors to produce contentOwn asset management and distributionWork and communicate frequently with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritise marketing initiatives We would love you to have:3+ years experience in productionAn understanding of Agile practices or familiarity with other similar Project Management approachesStrong experience managing vendorsExperience in production or content productionStrong written and verbal communication skillsSome extra skills that would be awesome:Interest in the blockchain and NFT spaceExperience working directly with people from diverse backgroundsHaving the adaptability to flex your communication styleWe are proud of the benefits that we offer for all of our employees globally.
