Plastic Factory Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Factory Production Manager to oversee and manage our manufacturing operations in plastic production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient operations, timely product output, and consistent product quality.
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff. Schedule shifts, manage staffing levels, and enforce best practices to maximize productivity.
• Monitor production processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Implement corrective actions when quality deviations occur.
• Analyze production processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
• Identify production issues and resolve them promptly to prevent delays in the production schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, equipment maintenance, and personnel.
• Generate regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth running of production lines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Atleast 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or production.
• In-depth understanding of plastic production processes
• Proven ability to manage a production team, implement lean manufacturing practices, and optimize workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with teams, senior management, and suppliers.
