Job Summary
Leceny Equipment Ltd is an authorized dealer in Uganda for sales, after-sales service, and spare parts of premium Chinese heavy-duty machinery brands, including SUNWARD, SHACMAN, and Lonking among others. We supply a wide range of high-performance equipment including trucks, forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, and motor graders.

Job Description/Requirements
The Personal Assistant to the managing director will ensure proper flow of office procedures, and support the general manager by carrying out common office duties, maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the position should preferably hold a first-class or second-class upper Degree in any business-related field
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills;
- Multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong Attention to Details
- Excellent customer service skill
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information
