Job Description/Requirements

Job Duties:

  1. Create, prepare and bake various types of patries, desserts and bread.
  2. Maintain ingredient stock and manage inventory.
  3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of pastry kitchen in line with food safety guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards.
