Lead the post-implementation support of Oracle Financials (General Ledger – Payables – Receivables – Cash Management and Fixed Assets) ensuring on-time resolution and providing solution analysis and system enhancement on a timely manner.
Lead the interoperability efforts between Customer and key Stakeholder systems.
Lead the implementation of Oracle Hyperion within constraints of time and budget.
Manage end-user support team.
Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle Financials solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
Exercise judgement and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
Provide direction and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions.
Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
Demonstrate expertise in multiple business processes across all Oracle Financials and other Oracle E-Business Suite sub-ledgers modules
Ability to lead a customer through enterprise reporting structures, chart of account design, intercompany, allocations, global consolidations, revenue management solution design satisfying new accounting standards.
Participate actively in knowledge transfer activities to end-users
Support and satisfy the Procure to Pay and Order to Cash business processes from an accounting point of view,
Drive business process reengineering and related lean concepts through Oracle ERP and related information systems best practice deployment.
Develop all applicable functional documentation and user training manuals.
Lead knowledge transfer efforts to business users to support user adoption and business continuity.
Demonstrated team player skills in working collaboratively with other donors, host country institutions, and international organizations.
Involved in at least 3 successful full life cycle implementations of ERP.
Involved in business requirements gathering, gap and fit analysis and solution design using Agile methodology in similar assignments.
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing implementation, supervising project staff and short-term technical assistance consultants.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology (IT)/Software management or 5 years of experience in Information Systems/Technology/Software management for those without a Bachelor's degree.
