Job Description/Requirements
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operating Theatre
In-Charge at Henrob Hospital, zzana ltd. The position is located in Kampala. The
Operating Theatre In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily
operations of the surgical theatre, ensuring seamless coordination and
communication with surgical teams, managing theatre schedules, and maintaining
inventory and equipment. The role also involves supervising theatre staff,
ensuring compliance with safety and sterile procedures, and delivering
excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Broadcasting equipment and techniques is a plus
- Relevant certifications or degrees in healthcare or hospital management
- Proven experience in an operating theatre or surgical environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Bachelors degree/ diploma in nursing
- Laparoscopy experience is an added advantage
