Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at Refactory Academy. The Specialist will be responsible for monitoring systems, conducting analytical assessments, communicating findings, providing customer service, and conducting research. The role is based in Kampala with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- System Monitoring and Analytical Skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Research capabilities
- Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology
