MEL Specialist- USAID/Uganda Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Strategic Information Activity

In response to the anticipated USAID Uganda MEL -SIActivity, Panagora seeks long-term and short-term Monitoring, Evaluationand Learning (MEL) Specialists to oversee and support strategic approachesfor implementing MEL best practices to guide activities at all levels andadvance USAIDâs priorities. They will lead and manage the development andimplementation of a comprehensive MEL strategy framework through MEL servicedelivery, performance monitoring, capacity strengthening, and enhancedcollaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA). The Specialists will conductassessments and lead project evaluation efforts. This includes development oftools and resources to support accurate qualitative and quantitative datacollection, data analysis, for indicators to track implementation and reportwriting.
