Mechanical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To carryout planned preventative maintenance as per the schedule given and checklists for all the plant machineries and equipment.
2. To carryout corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of faults on all plant machinery at least breakdown time. 
3. To give Technical support to machine operators under the autonomous maintenance.
4. To help in updating on machine spare requirements and availability.
5. To ensure that maintenance data are recorded and records maintained for the daily work allocated and done safely.
6. Fully participate and maintain work place under the 5 S.
7. Attend and participate in all departmental meetings or any other meetings deemed necessary.
8. To carryout inspection and general repairs of all company facilities.
9. To help train others on basic technical safety guidelines. 
10. To Implement IMS system as per responsibility

Qualifications and experience:

• Applicants must be holders of a higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience working in a manufacturing sector
• Proven and demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written skill
