Job Description/Requirements
- Conducting market research to understand the needs of the target audience and identify areas where the platform can improve. This includes analyzing competitor offerings and identifying gaps in the market.
- Creating marketing materials such as website content, email campaigns, social media content, and other promotional materials. These materials should be designed to appeal to the target audience and clearly communicate the benefits of the platform.
- Managing the platform's social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers. This includes tracking metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance.
- Hire a team that can do commission-based sales & affiliate marketing channels and campaigns
- Forecast sales, generate ‘out of the box’ sale methodologies, and evaluate their effectiveness
- Ideate offline marketing campaigns
- Create budgets for the execution of marketing budgets post doing research
- Developing and implementing project strategies, student service and retention plans, and analyzing course data to inform or suggest implementation strategies as per filed sales response.
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Set specific marketing goals, design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic & analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends & research the market to identify new opportunities
- Find ways to build brand loyalty
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Proven work experience in the field of Marketing for at least 3 years.
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Understanding of web design
- Strong analytical & management skills
- Know-how of different sales methodologies and pipeline management
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Graphic designing skills is a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or online product marketing industry.
- Experience with market research, social media management, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta analytics, Mailchimp or similar for mass emails and newsletters
