Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage brand identity and messaging to enhance market positioning.
- Create and oversee marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Lead marketing teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in Uganda.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
